About Me

I’m a first-year graduate student in Penn’s Master of Environmental Studies program, concentrating in Environmental Sustainability. I received my B.A. in Biology & Society from Cornell, with a concentration in Environmental Science and a minor in Entomology. I’m a graduate intern at the Wharton Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership (IGEL).

Before beginning my graduate studies, I spent four years as an environmental consultant. During that time, I focused primarily on natural resource inventories, wetland delineation and permitting, and human health and ecological risk assessment. I also became involved with my firm’s sustainability program support, which catalyzed my interest in corporate sustainability.

While at Penn, I hope to augment my understanding of corporate sustainability strategy, environmental policy, and project management, and to gain as much exposure as possible to the opportunities available to sustainability professionals.
